Monday, Monday

I can tell I over ate all weekend; I'm so hungry today!  I had one cup of coffee instead of 2 and then had a protien shake for breakfast.  For lunch I had a protien bar.  And I have had lots of water today.  I have the munchies so I will need to make a trip to the store for snacks.  Celery, carrots, cottage cheese and stuff along that line.  

Supposed to go out with the girls tonight--will try to eat before I go.  Not sure how that will work for me though.  Thursday we will be eating at a friends house.  Need to bring something healthy to share.  I am also supposed to go out with my Cass Clay girls one day this week.  I will be super careful.  If I end up with a burger-I will eat half.

I just want some results!  Something to keep me moving forward.  I wish I knew if I was doing a good job or if I just have good intentions.
