So I am learning all about my insides. Sadly, I am learning the hard way. Before all the surgeries, I would get all crampy and icky feeling and then I would have diarrhea for a few hours. Now, I seem to do good for days and without warning, it will hit. I don't know if it was the chicken wild rice soup or the fact that I introduced coffee back into my diet that set me off this time around. Here's the hard part: I literally do not know what is coming. I know that you don't know what I am talking about and I will try not to get too graphic on you while I explain. I have had a rumbly tummy all day. No pain, no cramps, just a rumbly, grumbly tummy. I am thinking gas. I let out a toot when I was alone. You guessed it. At 47 years old, I crapped my pants. Total liquid and with no warning. I was mortified! I had to throw my underwear out. And then later it almost happened again only, thankfully, this time I was ready even though it still felt like I needed to pass gas. The moral of this story is that I can never fart unless I am on the toilet. I will have to learn what sets things off and remember that a rumbly tummy is a warning of things to come.

Other than that, since my weekend in WI, I have been going to bed between 8 and 8:30 every night. I sleep so hard that I don't hear my husband come home or come to bed. It's just crazy how tired I am. And on that note, I am going to let the dog out one more time and head for bed. Love and Hugs Everyone!!
