I am trying to drink more water.  I am not good at water.  I don't drink pop or anything, I just don't drink anything.  I'm discovering that it is harder than I thought.  
I didn't do zumba tonight because my foot is killing me but I did do a boxing-cardio thing instead.  I toned it down but kept moving.  I guess thats the goal.
I cooked dinner tonight.  Multi grain spaghetti with a no-sugar, organic marinara that I put ground turkey into.  Turned out great!  Had a veggie and a fruit to go with it.  Yep, pretty proud of myself!  
Otherwise, I have nothing to profound to report.  I think I will do photos and a weigh in once a month or so. Don't want to look too often!
