I can't belive that the month is almost over!
I had a couple bites of fruit this morning for breakfast and a protien bar for lunch. Gonna drink tons of water--have to to get the grit og the protien bar out of my mouth! I did a longer wii Biggest Loser workout last night and my foot paid for it. Still sweating and I guess that's the goal. Gonna try to wrap my foot AND wear shoes to do zumba tonight. I keep hearing people say that they lost weight when they did zumba but I am betting they didn't resemble a holstein with no rythem! It is VERY humiliating for me and no, there isn't a mirror anywhere near me.
When I changed courses and started this journey my husband decided to join me. I will be really sad if he loses weight and I don't. I will be happy for him. Just bummed at my inability. But enough getting down on myself...
I was going to bring shoes and go walking on my lunch. There is so much construction going on around the building and on the whole block that it made me nervous and I didn't. Now I wish I would have. Tomorrow is supposed to be in the 90's and I hate hot so I probably won't do it tomorrow. I also have a dr appt at 4:30 tomorrow and don't want to show up all stinky.
Seems weird that the 4th is right on top of us. Summer is half over and I haven't gotten it started yet. My oldest sister is coming home from VA this weekend and I will miss her again this time. =( So bummed!
Tonight is my night to get caught up on laundry and watch my tv show. I suppose I should find something to cook for supper too!
