Tues, June 28

Did ok over the weekend as far as portions go.  Yesterday I had a big lunch and a decent sized supper.  Not too much, not too little.  I could have eaten forever but I paid attention.  When I wanted more I went for veggies--no dip. 

I went and hung out with my wild girls last night.  They play a game related to the Bachelorette TV show.  I am the new to the show and the game but I love to be around that group.  They always make me laugh!!!   We discussed Renaissance Festival this fall.  We started a tradition last year when we all got together and went.  We had a blast!  Now I need to lose weight and get me a boob-pusher-upper-thingy (corset) so I fit right in!

I was able to squeeze in a work out before I went so that felt good.  I have a feeling my youngest has some running around she needs me to do with her tonight after dance.  The oldest will go to dance with her man so that willl free up some time for me. 

I didn't do very good on the water yesterday.  I only had 2 bottles--maybe.  I will try harder today.  I just am not much of a water drinker.  Really gotta change that.  My other big concern is portion control.   The sandwich I had yesterday was waaay too big, but is disgusting if you save it in the fridge.  I don't want to eat all of it, but I don't want to throw it out either. I have to be better at bringing things from home, I guess.   I'm not good at that either.  Tomorrow it is supposed to be hot!  I am thinking I might bring my tennis shoes and take a walk on my lunch hour.  I work in a borderline crummy neighborhood but I tend to think of it as colorful!  Less scary that way =)

Did zumba last night and still feel like a clod!  I have no rhythem.  Who do I think I am kidding?  I like the wii Biggest Loser--might have to do a little of both tonight. 

someone mentioned a reward for hitting golas.  I think just being thinner will be reward enough, but you never know, maybe I'll finally get that tattoo I want.
