I have to say that I have done extremely well this past couple of days on my eating. Still have to watch portions, but I have made healthier choices. I did not exercise last night, instead I mowed the lawn. Took me an hour and a half and I was soaked! But on a good note, I didn't feel like I was dying. I mowed one other time this summer and thought I was going to expire right there on the lawn. I can tell I have been exercising even though I can't see it.
I'm not going to have time to exercise tonight. I have an hour between work and working at the fair. By the time I get home I will be dog tired and dragging. Gotta remamber to pack the bug spray when I go! Damn things will carry you away! Actually looking forward to this one. Probably because it is the last!
The street fair is also this week and I want to try to go to that too. Tons of walking! Sore back, knees, hips! Good for the soul; bad for the checkbook! Also a great place to people watch. Totally different from the fair where the tattoos are bigger than the clothes sometimes!

watch portions
drink water
30+ min of exercise a day
