I will try to be better at blogging again. I got a little side tracked when the frustration got to me. But I am back. I still haven't lost any weight but I am trying. Last week my Dr put me on a different pill and told me to try a low-carb diet on my own, see how I do and meet with a dietician in 3 weeks. I don't think I will get on a scale till that appointment. I owe you all a photo but I think I will wait on that too.
I have increased my veggie consumption and decreased my pasta, bread and rice consumption. I keep trying to learn things about healthy eating. Like, did you know, that if you take the fat out of something you add carbohydrates? Your body processes fat, in small doses, but stores the carbs! And this whole trans fat, polyunsaturated, monosaturated, blah,blah stuff is horribly confusing to me.
On the other hand, dance season is starting up and so is confirmation. I signed on to be a guide for the next 3 years. Kinda looking forward to it! I love being around the kids. I now have 2 very activwe dancers on 2 very active teams and I still have to fit in time to fundraise. Gonna make my head spin! I had better get going since I have calls to make for the dance team!
