I was doing so well! This weekend I went to the MN Renassaince Festival with a group of girls. I didn't drink too much, but the 2 times that I ate, I ate too much! Now I am playing catch up.
The diet that they have me on is very confusing. Basically I eat everything all day long. I get the logic of it, but without counting something, how do I know if I am doing it right? Last nights supper was waaay too big. So tonight, when I eat the other half--I will cut it in half and have less. Today I ran out of time and forgot to pack a lunch. So I ordered in with a coworker. We ordered subs and I ate half. It can be done, I just need to know if I am doing it right.
I had better get back to work. Lunch is over!
