Well, I added another hideous photo on the photo page on the right. I can see a little difference between the 2nd and the last photo. Slow and steady. But still making progress.
I measured myself for the first time on 11/3. Today, 15 days later, I have lost 3 inches. I am measuring my chest, waist, hips, upper arm, thigh, calf and neck. Then I total it. So overall I have lost 3 inches in the last 15 days.
THAT feels good!
